Hickman Mills Area Plan
The Hickman Mills Area Plan was adopted April 12, 2007 as Resolution No. 070353 by the City of Kansas City Missouri as the plan of record to serve as a guide for future development and public investment within the area bounded by 87th street/Raytown city limits on the north, 71 Highway on the West, Grandview city limits on the south and Raytown Road on the east.
